RG Automation has been involved in the design, creation and installation of robotized manufacturing cells in the field of welding, plasma cutting, deburring and material handling for the Foundry, automotive, and machining industries.
As an authorized Fanuc Robotic integrator RG Automation has seen all aspects of the robotized manufacturing cells. Particular expertise has allowed us to deliver unique designs of the base, gripper, feeders, gantries as well as automatic transfer mechanisms for the raw materials required for the specific process.

Assembly Fixtures
RG Automation developed its first assembly fixture (link a foto# ) for the automobile seat manufacturing industry. Today our capability is focused on delivering to the customer’s need and those needs can range from the simplest device to systems that require complexities including; robots, vision systems, scanners and computerized processes.
It is worth noting that all fixtures include hardware and software poka-yoke detection system.
